USF Health in The Villages wants to help you incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. We have compiled a list of exercises you can do in your home with little or no exercise equipment. Did you know the USF Health office offers FREE Body Composition Analysis screenings? Stop by or call 352-753-6200 to set up an appointment! You can learn your weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, fat mass, total body water mass, and hydration level.   Participants receive a print out of their results and a review sheet.

Best Exercises for Seniors

These exercises help with balance, strengthening, and stretching. Each exercise sheet includes a picture of the exercise, tells you what muscles you will be working, and explains the exercise. If you don't understand an exercise, stop by our health office and one of our helpful staff members will assist you.
